Pacific Enterprise Bank contacted DesignWorkPlace to design their premier bank branch in the Irvine area. The space chosen was a retail space in a prime shopping area. The space was very narrow and the client had specific requirements (4 private offices, 3 support work stations and a complete teller line with 4 stations, New Accounts and a reception area). We were able to create a beautiful and functional space accommodating the requirements of the client by creative space planning , utilizing the building's height with tall offices, Curved Metal Ceilings, drywall soffits and hanging pendant lights.
