Pacific Enterprise Bank, a DeNovo Bank, elected to lease office space within walking distance of their new premiere branch and opted to have this space and the bank branch designed and built concurrently. The goal was to get all banking departments up and running as soon as possible while giving them a calm and well designed working environment. Minimal construction was required but extensive space planning, as well as material selection, fixture and furniture selection, was needed to ensure maximum occupancy within the space. Using system furniture and free standing furniture, the client was able to obtain more work stations than were needed allowing them to expand. Pacific Enterprise Bank even requested that we help with their expansion into the adjoining suite.
