PFF Bank and Trust purchased a 45,000s.f. corporate office to house under one roof multiple departments from seven different locations in the Pomona Valley Area. Having designed and built out over 35 branch locations prior to the commencement of this project, PFF Bank and Trust sought our help for programming, design, contract administration and furniture procurement for the project. An interesting aspect about this project is that, in an effort to be cost conscious, the majority of the project is organized utilizing Trendway system furniture and TrendWall modular partitions. In addition, this project was completed in 18 months and the design & furniture portion was under budget.
