PREFERRED BANK
Irvine, CA

After leasing an location in Irvine for 5 years, Preferred Bank recently purchased a two-story space in an office complex on the east side of Irvine. Being that we at DesignWorkPlace had designed the previous Irvine office and all of their other Branches, Preferred Bank asked us to facilitate the design of this space. We were tasked with creating a high impact design on a limited budget. We used standard interior building materials in new ways by using interior mullions as partitions, drywalls with grid reveal and metallic paint. Ultimately we were able to create something a bit more atypical than the standard bank branch.
