Universal Studios Credit Union recently purchased a Multi-Tenant office building in the Burbank area. A long term client of ours, the CEO of the Credit Union asked DesignWorkPlace to design their first offsite location. The goal was to bring the energy and excitement of the movie studios and theme parks to their new facility. In addition, we has completed the TI improvements to most of the existing tenant spaces, assisting the Credit Union in reducing the unleased portion of the building it to full lease capacity.
